Being a doctors receptionist is hell of a job ,you are in the front line taking all the moans and groans from all the patients when they get angry if they cannot see a doctor at once ,like as if it's your fault .I think you have to be a calm cool person to do a job like that ,would not suit me I'm afraid I think I would give them all a mouth full.
