This is one of BB's favourites!
Serves 2, just add more of everything to feed more!!

Ingredients:
• Pasta shapes or tagliatelle (however much- depends on how hungry you are!!)
• 3 medium eggs, beaten
• Half a small pot of double cream
• A good handful of grated cheese, can use cheddar, mozzarella or parmesan
• 4 rashers of bacon chopped up
• Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:
• In a large pan bring some salted water to the boil
• Add pasta & cook according to instructions on packet
• Meanwhile, fry the bacon until it starts to go crispy
• Mix the beaten eggs & cream together add the salt & pepper
• Drain the pasta & return to the pan, stir in the cooked bacon
• Add the egg mixture & stir well – the heat from the pasta should cook this
• Add the grated cheese & stir in until melted

Serve with warm garlic bread

Well I made it ,we have eaten it ,and we are still OK .LOL
It took no time at all to make which suited me fine . It was really nice even though I do say so myself ,although I was a bit heavy handed on the pasta .
Will have a go at the muffins tomorrow could not get the cranberries today ,will have to go to the bigger supermarket for them .

Gemini
Any sort of recipes will do as long as they are not too complicated .But don't you go worrying about them now any time will do .

You have had quite a stressful upsetting time this week ,just try and chill out for a while and take things easy .

Gemini,
The Carbonara was good.
I think the is a crafty plot afoot. You post recipes and feed us up, then in about a month when we have all put on weight, along comes BB and starts a "Keep fit forum".
LOL.
Hope you are both feeling better.

If I am up to it I am going to cook it this evening for Hubby.

I will be adding mushrooms to mine though.

Will let you know how it goes.
