Hi Larry. The weather is perishing cold here today. But, the cold won't bother me one bit, so long as this site of ours keeps running. According to the message here on my link it will cease to operate from the 31st of this month, so I will try to connect to it next Thursday. If I happen to get through, the message would have been a scam by some rogue or rogues. So let's hope we can chat again next Sunday. Pauline told me that she failed to get through to ForumCo to see what was going on, so it looks as if something odd is possible.
Well, what next, a helecopter took off from the Leicester City football ground after the match ended last night, and smashed to the ground yards outside the ground a minute or two later and caught fire. Don't know yet whether anyone was killed.
Go get your bag (hope this isn't the last time.) Here goes, Bbblwtch,
it's a Guinness, and Fffflip flop, 4 Teasers, and Whoops, it's a box of After Eights. Hope you caught the lot.
Well, take care pal, hope you are all in good health.

It's been great having your friendship on her for many years pal. And it's tough luck having to lose contact with The Gravedigger and a few others. And where's Bob? As you said, he might have gone to Germany for a break. I hope the blooming message was a scam.

Afternoon Fussy Yea it's pretty cold here as well now, the wind's enough to cut you in half, makes me very glad I'm not a brass monkey

It's worrying about this site is'nt it, I have'nt seen that message that you've been getting and Pauline does'nt seem to know anything about it so it's hard to know what to think. All we can do is keep our fingers crossed and hopefully the site will still be here when I come back next Sunday

I've always been nervous of helicoptors, I'm nervous of planes too, but more so of helicoptors because those flipping blades rotating on the top could easily cut you in half if you got too close So as the caterpillar said to his friend when he saw a butterfly flying past "You'll never get me up in one of those things"

Ah well, better pay my respects to facebook now, if this site does disappear at least we can still talk to each other on there, but it wo'nt be the same

Thank you for this week's goodies, and hopefully (keeping my fingers, toes and everything else crossed) I'll see you again next Sunday.

Blimey O'reilly The clock on here's gone completely crazy I know that it always seems to be off by an hour or so every time the clocks go forwards or backwards, but today it says that my last message was posted at quarter past 11 tonight -- that's bonkers !!!! If that was really the time we'd be in somewhere like Hong Kong

Hallelujah ! It's FINALLY right Gawd knows why it went so many hours out of whack in the first place though, there are definitely some funny things going on around here lately. The only problem now is that the posts are now showing in the wrong order, but it should be alright for now (or at least until the next time it goes wrong
Between everything that's going wrong it's a wonder that my hair hasn't turned white (Oh hang on a minute -- it HAS turned white already in parts hasn't it )

Hi Pauline.
As ForumCo stated recently that they would cancel our site on October 31st, I decided to drop you these few lines today to verify that the message must have been a fault, or a scam of some kind that was placed on my screen.
Hope you receive this, so that we may carry on as usual.
Hope you are feeling better now.

Hi Larry. Well, would you believe it. As I said last week I would try to get back on here after the warning on my screen saying that they would cancel on the 31st of Oct. And here we are, back to normal, except that the Anti Spam Code I have to enter is totally different to what it was before. So I still don't know whether the whole thing was an error by ForumCo itself, or a scam planted on my screen by some Yob or some idiot wanting to mess the site.
I still don't know whether Pauline was able to find out what was the cause of the problem.
Well, we're able to carry on as before, thank God. Weather is about wintry now, I bet you find it nippy in the early mornings eh. Funny old world innit pal, loads seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed the Halloween, as I saw on my iPad. Wasn't that terrible crash of a helicopter with 5 on board, outside Leicester football ground heart- breaking.
Well, here we go again. Go get the bag. Here goes, Blwtch, it's a Guinness pal. Flwmp, 4 Teasers, ( I bet they are looking forward to Xmas) and a small Ferrero Rocher for your 'better half'.

Take care pal, hope you are all well, and keep that way for evermore.
See you next week, I hope.

Phew!! So glad that the site is still up and running, I was nervous on the way down here today thinking that it might be gone and I'd be confronted with an error message saying that it could'nt be found. What is an anti-spam code though ? I don't think I've ever seen that

Weather's been pretty bad here lately, we've had a bit of sunshine, but no heat with it, we've had gale force winds, torrential rain, hailstones, and a few nights ago we had a few claps of thunder. I think the only thing we haven't had yet is snow and I would'nt be at all surprised to see that any day now

I saw a news item the other day that said Havefordwest have marked the centenary of the 1st world war by decorating the town with 4,000 knitted poppies I must say that the idea of woolly poopies sounds a bit odd somebody must have had a lot of patience to knit all those.

Well time to visit facebook now and see if anything interesting's happened since last week. Thanks for this weeks treats - yes, the family have already started their Christmas lists, I told them they'll have to wait and see because Father Christmas might be feeling the pinch this year Take care until I see you again (fingers crossed) next week

Hi Larry. Entering the code above is getting a bit dodgy, I hope this works, because I was told,...there has been a problem. Anyway I can only hope I've done it correctly.
Weather is quite cold and wet on times these past few days, but Pembroke has had a hammering so I heard on the TV news. What's it like down your way? Hope the L Rover is able to stroll around. I've just been watching the Remembrance Day for WW1 on TV, goodness me there were thousands of folk there, thank goodness it wasn't belting down with rain.
Well, I'm still not sure what exactly happened with this site recently. When I clicked the message on the 29th of Oct I was faced with a load of ForumCo details of the site, so on second thoughts I couldn't believe that a Yob doing a scam could have known all the information that came on the screen. I've told Pauline so I hope she has some had some info from ForumCo.
I've got 5 of my family downstairs, so this will have to be a bit of a shorty today pal, so go get the bag. Hold it steady, here goes, it's a Guinness, and next 4 Teasers for the 'gaffers'. And here's a box of After Eights for you know who.

Well, I think I've entered the code for this correctly. So here goes, I hope you get it. Take care pal, see you next Sunday,...I hope.

Weel heelloo there Bob, nice to have you back with is again Hope you enjoyed your holiday away from your maa-in-law where did you go hope wherever it was the weather was better than we've been having here these past few weeks.

I must say that I'm a bit puzzled about this code Fussy mentioned as well, when I come here every Sunday all I do is log in with my name and my password and that's it, I never have to use any sort of code. I think that if I wanted to I could stay logged in from week to week so that I did'nt have to entermy details every week, but because this is a public computer I did'nt think that would be safe because if I did that anybody would be able to post on here pretending to be me. Although I know most of the people who I see here every Sunday and I trust them, but I don't know who might be here the restof the week, so it's safer to log out and log in again the following week.

Hard to believe that 100 years have passed since the end of World War 1, I can remember older relations who's actually lived through it talking about it when I was a youngster so it's hard to realise that it was thatlong ago

Hope you had a nice visit with your relatives Fussy, we don't often get visits from our relatives way out here, I think they might get lost driving up and down these endless miles of country lanes trying to find us

Time for the weekly visit to facebook now I think. Thank you for the treats Fussy (glad that Bob didn't pinch my Guinness before I got here ) Stay safe and all being well I'll see you next week

Hi Fussy, I'm a bit late this week, something came up unexpectedly this morning so I had to go somewhere and it too a bit longer than I thought. It was nothing too serious, just a bit of a nuisance that's all. Anyhow I'm here now and that the important thing

Fussy I'm still baffled about this spam code you keep mentioning, as far as I can remember I've never been asked for a spam code, I just sign in with my name and my password and that's it, so I do'nt really understand what it is your talking about

Well there's been a definate improvement in the weather this weekend Dry and sunny and a lot warmer than it's been for a while. Not exactly mid-Summer hot, but very nice for November just five weeks before Christmas According to the weather forecast it's not set to last, it's back to normal from now on, but at least it was nice while it lasted

Oh well, I'm already late so I'd better pop across to facebook now and then set off home soon. Hope to talk to you again next week - and also maybe get to the bottom of this spam code and find out why you see it but I do'nt

Hi Larry. It's blooming cold here these last few days, and rain off and on, but thank goodness we haven't had violent storms like those in other parts of the world. Got to be a shorty today pal, we are in the middle of re-decorating our lounge, so we are up to our necks with 'topsy-tervi bits of this and that.
Pauline seems OK even though she has her ups and downs here and there, but Megan and Molly are her saviours.
Go get the bag then. Same treats as usual. Here goes Blwwwwmp! Hope you caught the lot.

I hope this perishing code works today. See you next Sunday pal.

Afternoon Fussy, well I say afternoon but it's so grey and miserable outside it looks more like late evening Been flipping cold here too, the sun was shining yesterday but there was no warmth with it at all, but I cheer myself up with the thought than there's only three or four months to go til next Spring

On the news today I heard somebody say that Wales will be less prosperous after the Brexit deal, I thought that's a laugh, when was Wales ever prosperous ? It's always been the poor relation, I think that most of the time the Government up in London forgets that it even exists. Personally I'm not that bothered about whether Britain stays in the EU or not, but I just ca'nt understand why it's taking them such a bloody long time to workit out. I do'nt think that Theresa May is capable of rumnning run a stall in Carmarthen market let alone a flaming country, every time she opens her chops on the news I want to stuff a sock in it

Better #128059;pay my respects to facebook now I suppose, I'm earlier this week but it's already almost dark out now and I'm not that keen on driving down some of those narrow lanes in the dark. Thanks for the treats and take care until next week.

Hi Larry. Lousy day today, rain and wind off and on, cloudy and dark with a two second peep from the sun. Well, my code worked last week. I hope it works again today. I can't understand why it failed so many times, 'cos I've been doing the same thing for many years. Anyway, I won't do a long message today because the printing of today's code is badly typed on here.
Hell's Bells, even the police are being kicked about in London and Birmingham now. What the hell is going on, eh. I reckon that all police should be carrying a Taser, so that the mobs are blasted to the ground.

Well, Christmas is just around the corner pal. I bet you and your family are looking forward to treats. Ho! Ho! Ho! Anyway, let's cheer them up a little. Go get the Bag. Here goes, Blwwwmp, it's a Guinness, but there was a problem this week, Teasers were sold out so I got 4 Mars bars for the 'bosses', and After Eights for your 'better half.' Hope you caught the lot. Ha! Ha!

Take care pal, keep the Rover plodding along.

If this doesn't post I'll get starkraving mad. See you next Sunday

Afternoon Fussy, not a great day here either, and it changes so suddenly you just do'nt know what to expect, you go out and it's dry and sunny, not a sign of rain, but when your JUST far enough from home or any form of shelter it suddenly starts p*****g down. By the time you get back to pick up a mac your soaked to the skin, then the moment you reach your door the rain stops as suddenly as it started and the sun comes out again. It makes you think the weatherman's got it in for you

I think a lot of the troubles today started with this political correctness stuff, parents are'nt supposed to smack their kids any more, teachers are'nt allowed to punish bad behavour and if they do it's the teacher that gets into trouble, so kids have no discipline and are allowed to get away with anything, and those kids grow up into undisciplined adults who think that they can do what they like and do'nt have to obey the law. Thankfully my kids are pretty well-behaved, I mean they're not little angels, theyre naughty sometimes just like any normal kids , but they are'nt little hooligans and they know when they've done something wrong. I think they'll grow up into decent adults.

Ca'nt believe it's only just over three weeks til Christmas, it seems like only a few weeks since we were taking the decorations down and now we're putting them back up again, where does the time go ? at this rate I'll be getting that 100th birthday telegram from the queen any day now

Oh well, facebook time now I thnk. Thanks for this week's treats, see you next week

Oh dear, no Fussy this week Hope he's ok and has'nt had a recurrance of whatever it was he had a few weeks ago. Maybe he's just having trouble with this mysterious code he's mentioned before. I'm still not sure what that's all about though, I've never had to give anycode before signing in. Well hopefully he's alright and will be back next week.

We've had some bloody awful weather here this past week, lot of rain and it's been so windy I would'nt have been all that surprised if the cows had been blown into the next county [V

Oh well, if there's nobody to talk to around here I suppose I'd better pay my respects to facebook. Hope it'll be livelier on here next Sunday

Hi Larry. Well would you believe it, no excuse or blame the code for not having sent you a few lines last Sunday. The reason was we were invaded by two family members at 10 o'clock who insisted that we went on a trip to Drefach Velindre, promising to get us back here by around 4 o'clock. But we were not back till 6.30, so that is why you were let down last Sunday pal.

Wow! It's blooming freezing innit, bet you suffer it in the early mornings. Well, even today I can't spend much time chatting to you 'cos we are very busy with visitors again today. Our family totals 44, so you can imagine the perishing this and that we have to deal with at Xmas times. So go get the bag for your treats. Here goes, it's a Guinness Plwwwwmp, and 4 Teasers for the 'bosses' and a large Ferrero Rocher for your 'better half'.

Take care pal, hope it warms up a little for you in the mornings.

See you next Sunday. Hope so anyway!

Afternoon Fussy, glad your OK m8. Hope you had a nice day out last week, but tell those relatives to get their watches seen to before the next time they take you out, so you do'nt go worrying people when you do'nt get back on time

Weather's still lousy, they said we might be getting snow by this weekend but there's no sign of it yet, just rain, rain and more rain It's not so windy today though, which is a blessing, there were a few nights recently when I was sure the roof was going to blow off before morning

That's a lot of relatives you've got, I hope they don't all decide to visit you on the same day or you'd run out of chairs We've barely got enough seats here for me, the missis and the kids, if a lot of people descended on us all at once they'd have to bring their own chairs, but come to think of it we have'nt really got space for too many chairs either, so they might end up having to sit outside on the grass

Only 9 days to go til Christmas now, ca'nt believe it's that time of year again already, where does the time go?

Oh well, suppose I'd better see what's been going on on facebook now. Thank you for the Guinness, the teasers and the Ferero Rocher Look after yourself and see you next week all being well.
