Was it you that once told us about a way of making sweet pickled onions .
If so could you please put it on here again ,as there are lots of pickling onions in the shops at the moment ,if we do them now they should be just right for christmas .

I'm not a lover of pickled onions myself. My Mother loves them but they don't like her ! (I wonder if I could do some Chocolate-coated Pickle Truffles ? It would certainly be something a bit different ! FOFL !)
