Well it is nearly pancake day again ,so does anyone have the recipe for perfect Pancake batter
Or do I have to resort to buying a ready made packet where you just have to add an egg .

Well you will never believe it but I completely forgot it was pancake day today ,so we did not have home made or shop bought pancakes .
